Overview
We ran a survey with people who have registered for our newsletter and expressed interest in helping to shape our service. We're publishing the results to be open about what we heard.
A further survey with the same questions was also undertaken with members of the public.
The survey of those registered with us aimed to gather views on how IBCA is perceived within the infected blood community, including trust in us to fulfil our role. The surveys were conducted between November and December 2025. This is the second survey we have carried out. The results of our previous survey are available to read here.
This feedback helps us to understand how the community feels, and shapes how we prioritise our communications to address the needs of the community. Thank you to those who took the time to share their experiences with us.
