Overview
We previously conducted a survey with people who have registered for our newsletter and expressed interest in helping to shape our service, and are publishing the results of this survey to ensure transparency.
The survey aimed to gather views on how IBCA is perceived within the infected blood community, including how trustworthy they feel IBCA to be, and how effectively it will deliver compensation to those eligible.
This feedback is helping us to understand how the community feels, and shapes how we prioritise our communications to address the needs of the community. Thank you to those who took the time to share their experiences with us.
