How we’re designing this service
Getting the service right for the people who need it is our priority.
We know the service needs to be:
- accessible: it must meet high accessibility standards so everyone can use it, including people with disabilities and additional needs
- secure: it must protect your personal information and keep your data safe
- resistant to fraud: it must make sure the right people receive the compensation they’re entitled to
- fast: it must not take any longer than necessary
- designed for and adaptable to your needs: it must work for you and be able to improve continually
We’re starting by opening up the service to small groups so we can learn quickly from their experience before inviting larger groups.
We’ve already had a lot of input from the infected and affected community to help us understand what the service needs to do. We’ll keep asking for your feedback as we continue developing the service and open it up to more groups of people.
