Overview
We ran a survey with members of the public to understand what they know and think about IBCA. we’re publishing the results to be open about what we heard.
The survey asked people how familiar they are with IBCA and the Infected Blood Scandal, how much they trust us and how confident they are that we can deliver compensation fairly. The surveys were conducted between March and May 2025, and these results are reflective of this time period.
Their feedback is helping us to see how the public feels about our work and how we can communicate with them. We’d like to thank everyone who shared their views. Thank you to those who took the time to share their experiences with us.
