Overview
We ran a survey with members of the public to understand what they know and think about IBCA. We're publishing the results to be open about what we heard.
The survey asked people how familiar they are with IBCA and the Infected Blood Scandal, how much they trust us and how confident they are that we can deliver compensation fairly. The surveys were conducted between November and December 2025, and these results are reflective of this time period.
This is the second survey we have carried out. The results of our previous survey are available to read here.
This feedback is helping us to see how the public feels about our work and how we can communicate with them. We'd like to thank everyone who shared their views.
