Awareness and perceptions of the registration service

Nearly all community members are aware of the registration process and found the process easy

Nearly nine in ten (88%) definitely think they have heard about the registration process, while another 8% (bringing it to 97% in total) say that they are aware of the service. Of those who have heard of the registration service, most had first heard about it through IBCA community update emails or the IBCA website.

Of those who are eligible and have registered their intent to claim, 77% found the process easy, while only 9% found the process difficult.
