What we’ve been doing

Building teams and systems

We’ve been putting together the things we need to manage claims and make payments. This includes hiring and training staff, including claim managers who will help people with their claims.

Planning the scheme

We’ve been working out how the compensation scheme will operate. We want to make sure that the process is fair and runs smoothly when it starts.

Preparing to open the process

We’ve been preparing to open up the process starting with smaller groups of people so we can rapidly learn the best ways to support them, and improve as we go.
