Working with the Community Advisory Panel
Our community advisory panel provides independent, experience led insight to the IBCA board. We will share complaint themes with the community advisory panel to ensure we fully consider the barriers in accessing the complaints process, risks in how complaints are handled and perceived, and how feedback will translate into meaningful change.
