Overview

This is the first version of our publication scheme. We are still developing content for some information categories. We will add documents and datasets as they become available.

IBCA is committed to ensuring you can easily find, request and receive information about our work.

A publication scheme is a document that explains what information an organisation routinely makes available to the public and how you can access it.

Public authorities must have one under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The IBCA publication scheme tells you:

  • what types of information we publish - known as 'information classes'
  • where you can find the information - for example, on the IBCA website
  • whether the information is free or there's a charge
  • how to request information that is not online

How to access information

Most of the information in the publication scheme is available on our website. If information is not available online, or you want print copies of information from our website, write to:

Information Rights and Disclosure
PO Box 384
Newcastle upon Tyne

We aim to provide this information within 5 working days of receiving your request.

If you cannot find the information you need

If you are looking for the type of information that is included in the publication scheme but you cannot find it, you can contact us at ibcaenquiries@ibca.org.uk.

If you need access to information that is not included in this publication scheme, you can make a freedom of information (FOI) request by emailing ibca.datagov@ibca.org.uk.

You can read the Information Commissioner's Office guidance on preparing a request for information.
