Overview
We regularly carry out surveys to better understand the needs of people who are infected and affected by the contaminated blood scandal, and how we can further support this community. We previously conducted a survey with people who have registered for our newsletter and expressed interest in helping to shape our service, and are publishing this to ensure transparency.
The survey aimed to gather views on IBCA's communications, understand how community members prefer to receive information, and where those surveyed currently get updates about the infected blood scandal and compensation process.
This feedback is helping us plan our communications with community needs at the centre of what we do. Thank you to those who took the time to share their experiences with us.
